Organizations around the world rely on the Mastersizer 3000 laser diffraction particle size analyzer to consistently deliver the accurate, robust, reliable data that informs critical decision-making throughout R&D and manufacturing processes. Such knowledge-driven decisions are fundamental to ensuring the quality and performance of a diverse range of raw materials, intermediates and final products.

Total Organic Carbon and Total Bound Nitrogen Analysis by Catalytic High Temperature Combustion (TOC/TNb)

The Mastersizer 3000 is highly regarded as the premier laser diffraction particle size analysis instrument on the market for design, performance and software user experience. However, some customers do not immediately need the advanced functionality that the Mastersizer 3000 offers. Malvern Panalytical have therefore introduced an entry level instrument to the Mastersizer product family which is based upon the proven design of the Mastersizer 3000 but with more basic performance and software functionality.

Zetasizer

Instruments in the Zetasizer family are used to measure the particle size of dispersed systems from sub-nanometer to several micrometers in diameter, using the technique of Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS). Zetasizer systems are also used to analyze particle mobility and charge (Zeta potential) using the technique of Electrophoretic Light Scattering (ELS), and the molecular weight of particles in solution using Static Light Scattering (SLS).

The new Zetasizer Pro is your go-to instrument to measure a wide range of sample types and concentrations. It offers wide dynamic concentration capability and high sensitivity due to the Non-Invasive Back Scatter (NIBS) optical design. Measurement of particle size, molecular size, electrophoretic mobility, zeta potential and molecular weight can all be performed with ease.

Zetasizer Pro

The new Zetasizer Ultra is the most advanced system for the measurement of particle and molecular size, particle charge and particle concentration, and represents the most intelligent and flexible instrument in the Zetasizer Advance range.

Zetasizer Ultra

Our entry-level Zetasizer does not compromise on features. The Zetasizer Lab incorporates Adaptive Correlation, M3-PALS and constant current zeta mode. The Zetasizer Lab also ships with ZS Xplorer, easy-to-use analytical software. ZS Xplorer offers instant feedback on data quality, and guidance on how to improve your results.

MicroCal

MicroCal microcalorimeters are powerful, analytical tools used to study biological systems. These include interactions between molecules as well as changes in conformation such as protein unfolding. The technique is very convenient requiring only minimal assay development and NO labelling. The range includes both Differential Scanning and Isothermal Titration calorimetry.

MicroCal microcalorimeters are used in a wide range of applications from basic research to the discovery and development of small molecule drugs, biotherapeutics and vaccines. Research includes pharmaceutical, biotech, academic and governmental research institutions worldwide.

The MicroCal PEAQ-ITC is a highly sensitive, low volume isothermal titration calorimeter for the label-free in solution study of biomolecular interactions. It delivers direct measurement of all binding parameters in a single experiment and can analyze weak to high affinity binders, using as little as 10µg sample. Semi-automated maintenance minimizes operator intervention and the system is upgradable to the fully automated MicroCal PEAQ-ITC Automated, making it ideal for laboratories where speed, sensitivity and the ability to accommodate higher workloads in the future are paramount.
